    Adults take 2 teaspoons (10 ml) daily for daily maintenance. For intensive use, take 2 teaspoons (10 ml) 4 times daily. Adolescents 10-14 years old take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily for daily maintenance. For intensive use, take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 2 times daily. Children 5-9 years old take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take with food. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.



    If you are taking immunosuppressants or have an autoimmune disorder, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you have a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS and/or HIV infection or if you are allergic to bee products, poplar tree products, or balsam of Peru, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner.



    Known adverse reactions: Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Rare cases of severe allergic reactions have been known to occur; use caution if you are allergic to plants of the Daisy family. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use immediately. Laxative and/or diuretic effect may occur. Discontinue use in case of gastrointestinal upsets such as abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
