    Adults take 3 tablets per day with a full glass (250 ml / 8 oz.) of water or liquid with each dose. Produces a bowel movement in ½ to 6 hours. Do not use any type of laxative for more than 7 days.



    Consult a health care practitioner prior to using any laxative. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen, if laxative effect does not occur within 7 days or if you experience chest pain or vomiting. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever (as these could be signs of abdominal constrictions of the gastro-intestinal tract, disease of the oesophagus and/or the superior opening of the stomach (cardia), potential or existing intestinal blockage, paralysis of the intestine, megacolon, faecal impaction, inflamed bowel or appendicitis), if you are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movement (e.g. opioids, loperamide). Over-use or extended use may cause dependence for bowel function, do not take any type of laxative for more than one (1) week, unless your health care practitioner or physician has ordered a special schedule for you. Do not take within 2 hours of another medicine because the desired effect of the other medication may be reduced. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, if you have gallstones or anaemia. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding.

    Contra-indications: Do not use if you are pregnant. Do not use if you are allergic to the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.

    Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Do not use if you are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family. Keep at room temperature in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
